Description
  1. Add cashew butter, 4 pitted dates, salt, vanilla, maple syrup and blend with 1 cup of cold water, blend smoothly.
  2. Add the oats and remaining 1 ½ cup cold water and blend.
  3. Add Frozen blueberries to the mixture stir let it sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour Mixture into Hot waffle iron and bake on medium setting cook for 3-5 minutes until brown.
  5.  Add your favorite syrups or Jams, and Fruit topping Eat and Enjoy!

  • 2-1/2 cup Organic rolled oats
  • 2-1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup organic raw cashew (Free to use nuts or seeds if you allegric)
  • 4/5 cup Organic Pitted dates
  • 1/2 tbsp Dead sea salt (omit if you high blood pressure)
  • 1 tbsp organic maple syrup (omit if you're diabetic)
  • 1/2 tbsp organic non-Alcholic Vanilla

    Notes: Pre-heat waffle iron first before cooking waffle. Enjoy them another time by storing them in a freezer for up to 3 months. Use freezer paper for longer storage. Reheat them in toaster or bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Substitution: Swap cashew nuts for (sunflower seeds, pumpkin etc.)
